Who we are?
American Professional Bureau APB is the global leader in the certification of specialized professional knowledge. For more than 35 years, our unwavering mission has been to support the frameworks, methodologies, and standards definitions to carry out key business processes within an organization. During all this time, we have been specializing in knowledge areas like project management, human resource management, financial resource management, among many others.
Since 1986, APB has worked hand in hand with the United States government to define standards for technological and technical infrastructure management. This initiative unleashed new models and frameworks for the development and management of information technologies that remain today.
Currently, APB delivers exams across 135 countries and territories, in 5 languages, through its state-of-the-art assessment technology, enabling professionals to reach their full potential and realize their life ambitions through learning.

APB has always been committed to professionals and organizations, linking the needs of organizations with the skills and abilities of professionals.
This commitment is very important at the current time where more than 85% of current roles in organizations are expected to disappear before 2027 and new operational and organizational models will emerge.

In late 2017, APB’s Board of Directors recognized the need to reaffirm our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Following a series of conversations and World events. May 2019 marked the official launch the Social Good Initiative in support of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I).
